Welcome to my new fashion series "Get Ready with Me".  This is where I invade my inventory and put together unique looks inspired by the great fashion in Second Life.

I've had sponsors for my series, in fact I've had some of the best designers who allowed me to blog their clothes.  To all of those designers - you are amazing and it was an honor to blog for you.

However, I suck at deadlines.  Big time.  I have RL, friends, work and all that other craziness and sometimes I just don't want to push out another photo.  Sometimes I felt I wasn't giving it my 100%.  And that's just not right if someone is giving something to you for free.

So after taking a break for the summer, I opted to restart my flickr page and this time I would blog what inspires me.  Sometimes it's new stuff by designers that I've found and sometimes it's a hidden gem buried within my inventory.  But one thing I can tell you - about 90% of what I blog I paid to own.  (or found as a free gift somewhere).  I'd like to think that if I was willing to spend money on something in SL and photograph it, it must be something pretty awesome!

I hope you enjoy my series.  I'm a huge fan of 'Mix & Match' - take items from several different designers and create one cohesive look.  I am a Maitreya gal but from time to time I will pull out my Legacy or Reborn body and see what I can do with those too.

Last Sunday was fashion meets nightlife with Pickles, Jeremy, and Alexand—aka the style squad. I finally got to debut my fuzzy pink Cheezu top and matching arm warmers, paired with high-glam black leather bootie shorts from Ricielli (hello PBR shine ✨). The texture contrast? Chef’s kiss. I’m Back – With Style, Waterfalls, and a Whole Lot of Love for Amias
